Job description :
The Head of Human Resources defines and steers the implementation of HR policy in line with the company's strategy and its legal obligations, by attracting, retaining and developing men and women from a variety of backgrounds in a calm social climate.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Participate in defining the company's strategy
- Drafting, updating and overseeing the implementation of the HR strategy
- Managing Human Resources: recruitment, integration, development, forecasting and anticipating HR needs, managing mobility and careers, steering remuneration policy, organising and managing the social climate, health and safety at work, and ensuring cross-functional information and communication.
- Managing strategic cross-functional HR projects and evaluating their results
- Manage, lead and coordinate the HR departments
- Defining and ensuring compliance with human resources rules
- Support organisational and managerial changes within the local authority
- To oversee the implementation of a legal watch within the HR Department
- Manage the HR budget
- Manage HR risks and the associated internal control system

Job profile:
- 5 years' higher education in human resources management or equivalent
