To meet our customers' expectations, we are focusing our policy on five (05) key areas

• Satisfying our existing customers, building their loyalty and winning new ones means proposing innovative, high-performance solutions that comply with safety regulations, meet the need for reliability and ease of use, and meet the expectations of our customers.
• Guaranteeing compliance with our commitments on conformity, cost and deadlines by organising and controlling our processes with a view to reducing and preventing all risks in order to optimise our costs and reduce waste (time, resources, errors and defects);
• Continuous improvement of our performance and our management system by listening to customers to detect opportunities for improvement, a dynamic corrective and preventive action approach and the use of analysis tools (ISHIKAWA diagram, PARETO);
• Encouraging and empowering all those involved in our processes by encouraging employees to apply our quality policy, and involving our suppliers in our processes as early as possible;

The objectives include :

• Identify the risks and opportunities to which our activities are exposed;
• Make an inventory of all the company's processes and draw up a process map;
• Improve our reputation and image by ensuring that our work meets the requirements of our customers and other interested parties on time, every time;
• Developing the skills of our staff in line with our activities.

As part of a half-yearly management review, management will ensure that this policy is effective and appropriate in the light of changes in our business.
